Video Thursday Vol. 4 Cooking Mama Edition
My one standing Wii wish is that I have always wanted to cook with my Wii. Now don’t get me wrong I’m a fine cook in fact I do all the cooking at my house. My girlfriend tries very hard to contribute, but cooking with gas kind of scares her nevertheless I learned from two fine culinary masters my Nana and my Mom. I still find it hard to eat other people’s cooking to this day. Thanks for giving me a snobby pallet mom. So when Cooking Mama debuted on the Nintendo DS I cheered thinking it was only a matter of time before I’d be making Lobster bisk and risotto using my WiiMote. Look no further Cooking Mama: Cook Off is coming to the Wii actually it has been for awhile I’ve just never mentioned it until now, mostly due to the lack of a hardcore release date. Right now the date stands at Q2 2007, lousy quarterly release dates gimme a number dammit.

Excited? I hope so if not this next video is sure to get your mouth watering. It’s a little long but worth it you get to see an entire stage of the game from start to finish. In this case a simple task make a hamburger, so if it’s your lunch break sit back with your sandwich and dream about yummy polygonal triple stack burgers.

It looks cute! My husband is convinced that the game will teach us how to cook, but I have my doubts. I am sure if we get the game, he will spend far more time “wii cooking” than real cooking.
